August 2012 Favorites

It is that time of the month when we all share our favorite products with each other, so I decided to put up a August favorites post. This month I haven't been wearing a lot of makeup, and when I did it basically foundation, eyeliner, lip product; but i do have some other makeup items that I used a lot at the beginning of the month =D

* Lush stepping stone foot scrub

So this month I have rediscovered my much loved Lush foot scrub. I absolutely LOVE this product, because 1) it smells SOOO good, 2) it helps getting rid of that gross skin on my heels, and 3) it looks adorable ^^ In Europe it retails for +/- 5euros, which is really affordable, especially for a Lush product 

* Lush Fair Trade Foot Lotion

My other foot product is my fair trade foot lotion. it is a quite expensive product ( especially in the US, like i was shocked at how expensive it is there) but i love it!!! It has a minty/ bubblegummy smell, and it feels like pure amazingness on my feet. i love to lather it on my feet and wear fuzzy socks in the winter. my feet feel soooo soft in the morning. i LOVE it ^^

*Lush brazened honey fresh mask

This mask is awesome! it smells like honey and leaves my skin soft as baby skin. i have only tried the cupcake mask before, but it didnt really work for me. this one is amazing!!

*Lush H'suan wen hua

When i went to Lush I got a sample of this hair product. it is a mask that you put in your hare before you take a shower. you have to leave it in for 20minutes and it works miracles on your hair. i only used it twice because i only got the sample, BUT i felt like it really worked.

The only bad thing: the smell! i really dont like it xD

*Maybelline Color Tattoo in Fierce & Tangy

I used this a lot this month, and i love it!!!!!!!!! orange is my favorite color (if you couldnt tell from my template lol), and when Isaw this color I grabbed it.It is a scary color because it is a pretty bright orange with golden flecks in it, but i made it work in a really summery look and a more fall looking look. i will post both of those looks in a near future =] this color tattoo is awesome and i am going to try to find the fall limited edition ones next week *fingers crossed*

 * Sally hansen Xtreme wear in Mint Sorbet

I don't know what happened this month, but i am obsessed with the color mint! If you've checked out my Instagran you probably saw that i went on a mint shopping spree: i bought two scarved, this nail polish, a dress, a shirt, and hair flowers! i just LOVE this color and this nail polish. It lasted a whole week without chipping. love.

 * Park Avenue in #10

I bought this nail polish in March in Brussels, and i adore it. I must say that it is a bit hard to work with an the first time i tried it it was a bit of a hassle, but i've been wearing it for two weeks on my toes and i love it. it looks good with everything and it is just a fun summer-y color (even though im probably gonna wear it in the fall as well xD)

*Wet n wild Color Icon in Knock on Wood

I love this palette! It is a beautiful nude palette, but more on the darker side. i really don't know what to say beside the fact that it is just awesome and that i adoooore these colors

* Elf hypershine lipgloss in fairy

I used this lip gloss a lot this month, because it is a beautiful light pink. it is kind of your lip color but better. when i first tried it on i did not like it. i wanted to toss it out, but then i tried it again and i fell in love with it ^^

*Yves Rocher lip stick in Mauve Poudre

This lipstick was my go-to lip product this month. i wore it EVERY DAY! not even kidding! ok i might have worn ir 26 out of the 31 days this month lol.

it is a beautiful light pink, it is really creamy and shiny.  it feels so comfortable and soooo nice on my lips. i loooove this lipstick. i highly recommend it!!

So there you go guys. these have been my favorites this month, and I would love it if you would recommend me some products ^^
